Pair McCoy White Shelled Planters

These matching McCoy pottery vases or planter pots feature a classical shell and scroll shape. This has a mat finish  in a creamy off white colour, so lovely to touch. One is hard to find, but a matching pair is fantastic!

Each measures 8 inches long end to end. Although these are vintage, they are in good condition. It is doubtful they were ever used for actual plants. They were probably made in the 1940s.

Highly collectible, McCoy is a brand of pottery that was produced in the United States with the height of production in the early 20th century. The company began in 1848 by J.W. McCoy Stoneware company, went through various iterations, only to close in 1991.
