Royal Grafton Blue and White Handled Bowl

Small and beautifully designed by England's Royal Grafton blue and white handled bowl. It has the blue willow pattern. Originally this would have been used as a sugar bowl, but I see it as a great dish for succulents or other small greenery. How gorgeous would that be? It measures almost 5 inches long by 3.5 inches high.
