What a clock. It doesn't appear to be working. It is a complex piece, heavy, made of a variety of different materials. The outside rim is glass, with a couple of very minor nicks. The base is wood and the clock sits on on two chrome curved legs. It's at least 50 years old, made in the USSR. The numbers on the clock look like 1950s. Made by Majak.
