Antique Art Deco Pink Jug and Basin

This pink on pink jug and basin has a strong art deco design with its stripes with black edging, but it is softened with delicate flowers. The pattern is very intricate with black stripes, checks, dots and chevrons - all in beautiful harmony. The flowers balance the design with pink flowers and green leaves. The jug and basin has a straighter design with a gentle curve on the basin edge. The handle is decorated with black curves. Made in England by Royal Staffordshire. Such a lovely set, so pretty and would be gorgeous with a flower arrangement. No chips or cracks, some slight wear in the paint. It is in very good vintage condition. Well over 100 years old, this piece is a survivor.
